Where is Delamar Traverse City located?
Delamar Traverse City is located right on the waterfront of West Grand Traverse Bay. If you’re looking for a hotel that is right on the water and downtown, Delamar is the best location in Traverse City.
Do you have a beach?
Yes, Delamar Traverse City has a beach. Loungers, Adirondacks and picnic tables are on a first come, first serve basis.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in begins at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
Early check-ins are based on availability. 4pm late checkouts can be purchased for 50% of lodging rate, based on availability.
If I arrive earlier than the stated check-in time, what may I do in the interim?
We will make every effort to ensure your room is available upon arrival. In the event your accommodation is not ready prior to the stated 4pm check-in time, you may store your luggage with the bellstand and begin to enjoy the amenities of the property or explore the area until your accommodations are ready.

How does Delamar incorporate fresh, local ingredients into its menus and culinary experiences?
Our culinary team prides itself on seasonal menus that incorporate fresh ingredients from local farmers as often as possible. This commitment extends itself into our menus in Artisan as well as Maison where we feature fresh baked goods from local bakery, The Mill.
Is there room service available?
We do not offer room service at this time.
Is dinner available on-site?
Dinner is available at Artisan, our fine dining restaurant. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made on Open Table.
Is there a dress code for Artisan?
There is not a formal dress code for Artisan. Business casual is recommended.
Is breakfast included in our stay?
Breakfast is not included in your stay. Breakfast is available for purchase at our all-day café, Maison.
Is lunch available on-site?
Grab and go lunch options are available at our all-day café, Maison, year-round. Artisan and The Patio are open for lunch seasonally in the summer. In the winter, we feature our Cozy Cabana menu which is available in Maison and in our Cozy Cabanas.
Pools
What are the hours for the pools?
In the winter, the outdoor pool is open 11am – 10pm and in the summer 9am-11pm.
The indoor pool is open from 8am-11pm, year-round.

The closest airport is the Cherry Capital Airport (TVC).

Both self-parking and valet are included with your stay.
Do you have a charging station for electric vehicles?
Yes, we do have a charging station for electric vehicles. We have 3 Tesla and 1 general charging station.

We do not allow pets. We only allow registered service animals.
